 With this option you have the ability to have your artwork printed as a DTF transfer. Choose to have 1 or 100 transfers printed. We do not have a minimum or limit! 

All of our CUSTOM DTF GANG SHEETS are offered in the following sizes:

11" wide x 24" long
11" wide x 36" long
11" wide x 48" long

11" wide x 84" long
*Processing Times:
General Processing Times for custom DTF transfers and gang sheets is 1-3 business days from the time your artwork is approved. Artwork can take up to 48 hours for approval. This time frame is subject to change with any higher-than-expected demand. 
*Requirements for the best print possible: 
By purchasing this product, you agree to have read through the following artwork requirements and understand Kbar Prints assumes no responsibility for misprints due to requirements not being met.
  • Artwork must be print ready: 300 DPI PNG file with a transparent background is the only file type we accept. Should your artwork not meet these requirements, we may cancel your order. 
  • Artwork should be ganged within the size parameters that you have chosen. At this time we do offer gang sheeting services. If you are unfamiliar with how to gang your artwork and you need help please send your artwork and sizing to our email after purchasing the size gang sheet needed and include your first and last name as on the order placed. (barberdtfprints@outlook.com)
  • DO NOT MIRROR your files. Our print program automatically does this for you and this is not something we can edit. Should you mirror your files, your images will print backwards. We will not offer refunds or replacements for this.
  • By uploading a file for print you are certifying that you have the rights to print the design. Kbar Prints takes no responsibility for trademark or copywrite infringement and reserve the right to refund a print at our discretion.
  • DISCOUNTS CAN NOT BE APPLIED TO THIS ITEM. CUSTOMS WILL NOT GO INTO PRODUCTION IF A DISCOUNT HAS BEEN APPLIED. CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL REACH OUT IN THE EVENT THAT A DISCOUNT HAS BEEN USED TO EITHER CANCEL THE ORDER OR COLLECT THE DISCOUNTED AMOUNT. 
  • PLEASE COMPLETELY INSPECT YOUR GANG SHEET UPON DELIVERY AND PRIOR TO CUTTING DOWN. ONCE YOU HAVE CUT INTO YOUR GANG SHEET, WE WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO ADDRESS ANY ISSUES. 

* Application Instructions: 

All Kbar Prints DTF transfers require the use of a commercial grade heat press due to the high, even pressure that is needed for correct application. Home irons will not work.

While not necessary, Teflon sheets or parchment paper can be used as a protective covering when pressing. If you are pressing your DTF transfer without the clear transfer paper (such as a second press) be sure to use a teflon sheet or parchment paper to protect your heat press. Be advised that pressing pillows can negatively effect the application and these should be used at your own risk.

Pressing Temperature: 300°F-325°F*
Pressing Time: 20-25 seconds*
Pressure: HIGH
Peel: Read the following information carefully.
Our DTF transfer paper is designed to be a hot peel, but can also be peeled warm or cold. In order to be successful with peeling your transfer hot, you will have to have perfected your ideal pressing settings. This can be difficult for some users, especially those who are new to pressing DTF transfers. If you are a beginner, or find that hot peel is not working for you, allow your transfer to cool and then peel the transfer paper. If you see any lifting, lay the transfer paper back down, repress for 10-15 seconds, allow to cool and then peel.

While it is not necessary, you can press for a second time after peeling the paper. If you choose to do this, please ensure that you use parchment paper or a teflon sheet to protect your heat press.

*These settings are recommendations only and will greatly depend on your heat press. If you are not familiar with pressing DTF transfers from Kbar Prints, we recommend completing a few test presses to ensure the correct temperature, time and pressure for your heat press.
